TERMS OF SERVICE

• Before I start the commission, a payment of at least 50% of the full price must be made to the artist.
• Strictly no refunds after the sketch phase. If I have not yet started on the artwork and you would like a refund, please contact me and I'll issue it as soon as I'm able to.
• Commissioned artwork is for non-commercial use only. For commercial artworks, please discuss it with me first.
• I may decline commissions with tight deadlines, or with themes I’m not comfortable with.
• I do not draw furry, gore, and mecha. Sexual themes and explicit NSFW are ok.
• NSFW pricing: +20% of original price
• Commissions may take me from a week to a maximum of 2 months to finish, depending on my schedule and current workload, but rest assured that I'll keep you updated. My commission queue can also be found here.

Commission Process

• Contact me with your commission information, the order form can be found here.
• We will discuss your order to make sure I have all the information I need for your commission.
• Once the information is finalized, I will send the Paypal invoice to your email.
• Once payment is made, I will start sketching your commission.
• I will send a sketch update, where all major revisions must be made.
• Once approved, I will continue to the lineart and rendering phase.
• A low-resolution screenshot of the final artwork will be sent to you for final feedback. Only minor tweaks may be made, and major changes will incur an additional fee.
• Once approved, I will send you a link of a Google Drive containing the image files of the final artwork.
ON REVISIONS
• Unlimited revisions in the sketch phase.
• Major revisions in the final artwork require an additional fee of 20% the original price.

Copyright

• I have the right to post the commissions on my social media and portfolio, as well as stream the process on Twitch unless stated by the client.
• Clients have the right to use non-commercial artwork for personal purposes, such as printing, posting, and promoting themselves using the artwork with credit.
• Clients are not allowed to claim the art as their own. They are also not allowed to edit nor profit off of the commissioned artwork if it is for non-commercial use.
• Clients are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork for NFT and AI art purposes.
• Clients interested in commercial work can contact me and we can discuss the additional fees and copyright usage for the artwork.
COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS
• x1.5 multiplier for digital promotion of your business, brand, or product (streaming assets, social media promotion, etc.)
• x2 multiplier for digital and physical promotion of your business, brand, or product (includes printed book covers, album covers, etc.)
